Our programs are structured around Taekwondo Canada’s Long-Term Athlete Development model, ensuring every student trains at the right level for their age, ability, and goals. From a child’s first kick to high-performance competition and lifelong fitness, each stage emphasizes fun, confidence, skill development, and personal growth. Our programs are designed for all ages and skill levels, from Active Start to Active for Life! We welcome children, teenagers, and adults, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced martial artist, everyone is invited to succeed in our classes!

HI-PERFORMANCE KIDS
Active Start (Children Ages 4–6)
Introduce your child to the exciting world of Taekwondo in a fun, safe, and structured environment! The HI-PERFORMANCE KIDS program is specially designed to introduce young children to the fundamentals of Taekwondo. At this stage, the focus is not only on martial arts skills but also on developing essential life skills that support early childhood growth.
Classes are built around engaging activities that improve balance, coordination, agility, and basic motor skills. Students are introduced to foundational Taekwondo techniques such as simple kicks, blocks, stances, and movement patterns through games and interactive drills. There is also a strong emphasis placed on core values including respect, listening, discipline, confidence, and teamwork to help children build self-esteem and focus while enjoying the learning process.

FUNdamentals
Taekwondo Beginner Program (Ages 7–12)
Our beginner program is designed for children and youth ages who are new to Taekwondo to develop a strong foundation while helping students grow physically, mentally, and socially in a positive and structured environment.
What Students Will Learn
- Fundamental techniques (kicks, blocks, strikes, stances)
- Basic sparring skills and movement
- Flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Introduction to patterns (poomsae)
- Goal setting through belt progression

These classes are designed for beginners and experienced practitioners looking to improve fitness, learn practical skills, and challenge themselves in a structured and motivating environment. Whether your goal is to get in shape, relieve stress or to get this program adapts to your level and helps you progress at your own pace.

Our Advanced Belt Program is designed for dedicated students who are ready to push past limits and refine their skills at a high level. This program bridges the gap between traditional training and competitive performance, developing well-rounded martial artists with speed, precision, and fight intelligence.

Our Competitive program is designed for dedicated athletes who want to take their training to the next level and compete at out of province and potentially national events. This stream follows Taekwondo Canada’s Long Term Athlete Development Program (LTAD) focusing on high-performance development, combining advanced technical training with strength, conditioning, and competition strategy.
